I have some
questions about Ntop :
1. For Email
Servers it shows known users , can someone give me a brief description of what
this means ?
2. Has anyone used
Ntop to log to an MS SQL server?, am I right in saying that logging to SQL
server will mean Ntop will keep traffic data, e.g. if I stop Ntop and restart it
now it will start again from scratch. I would like it to hold data from when it
ran previously.
3. My Linux
machine resolve IP address`s from nslookup fine, both internal and external, I
am running two sessions of Ntop on it, one for Internet Switch and Another just
for Internal Lan Traffic. The Internet Ntop resolves IP`s fine but the Lan one
does not. Is there a way to make Ntop resolve any address`s it has not resolved
so far, e.g. a batch Dns resolve late a night when nothing much is going
on
