Also, the development version SHOULD put out an error graphic if the call to create the graph fails for any reason. That's been in the code for two months now - although make sure you have pie-error.png in your html directory.

I'm no longer stumped. Interesting -- I'll look over your note when I have some time. However, there are now, libpng packages for the 1.2.x series. The problem remains that RedHat installs both and that for some reason the 1.0.x is prefered. But the logic in the ./buildAll.sh file in gdchart0.94c should detect an installed 1.0.x and delete all traces of the 1.2.x in the source tree, so it should work as is (look for the message about resolving the conflict at the start of ./buildAll.sh - also check if the libpng-1.2.4 directory is gone)... IF, that is, you followed instructions and used the ./buildAll.sh file?? Working on either a fresh install of RedHat 7.3 and RedHat 8.0, it works fine for me... The actual development was done on a 7.2 instance with some upgrades, so you may be right as to a legacy of the 6.x stuff -- perhaps the libpng.so file isn't where I'm looking for it?? -----Burton ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Date: Wed, 15 Jan 2003 12:09:36 -0500 > >Burton, > Thanks for the pointers.
