[Ntop] ntop user traffic feature

hi   i found out that ntop includes a feature to show traffic per user! thats very nice. is it possible to run only this module? or are there other tools which can do this?   i like to view traffic per user account and maybe set limits for servers. the reason is: if i open a public server for free the users should be limited by traffic so that i dont have to pay for giving them a server if they reach the limit.   greetz mike
