Use the source Luke.

Don't bother enabling xmldump, that gets rid of a number of the
requirements.

The rest of it is pretty well documented - read docs/FAQ

Subject: [Ntop] Ntop on SuSE

Hi!

Sorry for that Linux-Newbie questio, but i have to run
NTOP...

I want to run NTOP on a SuSE 8.1 System. Which is the
best an easyiest version to install it on this system.

I have tried the versions from sourceforge but there are
many missing libs (gdome2, libcrypto.so.2 and so on). I tried
to install them but i dont cant find them for suse. Also
i tried to make static links on the installed versions of
the libs. But this doesnt work.

Any easy way for me?

Thanks!

Dirk
