I think ntop doesn't have a viwer of the generated rrd DB. But u can use this : mrtg-rrd.cgi - on the fly drawing of rrd Dbases. It uses the same cfg files like original mrtg. RRDGrapher - u can mix your rrd DB's in any way imaginable..
