I had some strangeness with the Ntop_2_2_patches + pbuf.c patch but I can
not recreate it so I'm not ready to generate a problem report. However I
figured I'd post what I saw just in case.....

(Running Redhat 8.0 dual p3 1gb monitoring /16 network 5mb/sec
zlib/gdchart/gd/ all default includes from Ntop tar.gz)

I noticed that the Browser would hang up specifically on the Stats ->
Network Load -> 60 Min Average when digging down to see that screen.

The processor (one of them would jump to 99% for a few minutes while it
ground away until it returned a blank screen.) I was able to catch one
backtrace but I'm not sure its related..

(gdb) backtrace
#0 0x403e0a35 in __pthread_sigsuspend () from /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0
#1 0x403dfdb8 in __pthread_wait_for_restart_signal () from
/lib/i686/libpthread.so.0
#2 0x403e163b in sem_wait@@GLIBC_2.1 () from /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0
#3 0x4010631f in waitSem (semId=0x4011e0bc) at util.c:1344
#4 0x400e6ec5 in dequeueAddress (notUsed=0x0) at address.c:545
#5 0x403de881 in pthread_start_thread () from /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0

I was able to stop and restart and have this problem a couple of times
with -K on and off but no errors where generated and given time it recovered
and went on. Then I was unable to repeat this and its seems to be working
fine...So... If let it go and will check it out again after hours. (This
install is in production so I hate to mess with it during their business
hours.)
