1) It already does and 2) The functions are not related.

Read the back traffic from this list about dns resolution - we've discussed
how it works IN DETAIL previously.

Look at the configuration page output and see what it shows for dns
resolution (sniffed vs. queries).

hello,

is it possible to have Ntop make DNS requests for ip addresses located in
the local subnet specified in -m / --local-subnets ?

If I switch off -m, I can't acces the Protocol Usage page anymore...
if I switch on -m, I don't have the name resolution available...
