Yes. The ntop netFlow plugin can act as both a source (creator) or sink (receiver) for netFlow V5 packets.
There is also logic to receive V7 packets (they're adjusted and treated as V5). Note that some fields in the V5 record are NOT set by ntop. This is stuff we do not have, mostly related to the routing of the packet - as ntop isn't the router making these decisions.
