ntop provides some of the information you need but not all. However it is definitively not possible to provide all you need in a general environment. For instance I have no way to provide you a list of hosts that are sniffing from the net. If you're patient and willing to provide us requirements for releases > 2.3 please contact us again and clarify exactly what you need.
