[Ntop] Use of IP Traffic Matrix

I just purchased and installed ntop 2.2a for win32.  I am able to use most 
of the features, but I cannot see the traffic matrix.  I am looking to view 
and dump host (or IP subnet) matrix information to use for flow modeling.

When I click on the "IP Traffic" tab, "Matrix", I get a message: "No Data 
To Display (yet)".  But I see both local and remote hosts in all of the 
other IP Traffic options.  From the "Admin" tab, "Dump Data" option, I get 
a empty screen when choosing to dump the Hosts Matrix.

Is there something I need to enable to obtain either the IP subnet matrix 
or the dump of the host matrix?
