..one way is provide Luca with whatever logs he needs to make work.

..but you guys really need to set it up on a _real_ platform, if you
want it for a serius service purpose.  I set it a year and a half ago 
on a throttling gateway for an 802.11-based isp, it worked, but we 
also needed log data surviving powercuts etc, and I came up with 
a few other tricks that was acceptable to my client, but not as neat 
as ntop.
