Ted,
I've not updated the sFlow plugin since a while (beside simple changes
to make sure it compiles etc) for a very simple reason: I don't have a
testbed for sFlow but just records dumped on .pcap format. I've asked
around but I had no reply/help/anything. I develop ntop on my spare time
and I'm doing by best (with the help of Burton) to support first
protocols available to a large user base, then things like sFlow. A
while ago I've been asked to support Livingstone's flow format, but yet
I need support.

What's the problem with the current plugin version?

Regards, Luca
