Ok, I see.
So is there a way to save stats about global
distribution of TCP protocols (HTTP, Proxy, Netbios,
Mail) in order to create an litle historic ?
Idealy it could be great if I was be able to save
graphs as well or at least if I was be able to
re-generate in ntop.

I'm note sure this information is saved in the RRD
database, I saw something nice by clicking on the
small icon 'historical data' below the table 'For
device' in the page Summary/Traffic but nothing for
the Global TCP/UDP Protocol Distribution.
