Read the back traffic on this list - it's been discussed MANY, many times.

Unfortunately, the first 'compile' gets blamed for everything wrong,
regardless of whether it's really a problem with THAT specific library.

Look in config.log - you will see the actual test program, error messages,
etc. - which is what you need to trouble shoot the problem.
