this may be a better question for either the ng_netflow author (Gleb 
Smirnoff glebius at cell.sick.ru) or the FreeBSD-ISP list.

You probably have done so but it may be worth checking that the FreeBSD 
is delivering the flow data (with tcpdump or another flow tool).
