That set of instructions applied to v2.1, the -b option.  SQL database
support was removed in version 2.1.50+ (development for 2.2) - look in
docs/FAQ.

Even 2.2c is unsupported.  You really should move to 3.0 - it's much more
stable, better interface, etc.

Look at the paper @ SourceForge on rrds for more info.  Or search the back
traffic to this list - there are some people using the ntop extract +
periodic (crontab type) scripts to insert the data into an SQL database.
