If I clean out the entire installation, do a recompile and install again, it works on the first run. If I restart it hangs as mentioned. Though it might be permission related, but trippled checked alles and couldn't win. Can abyone tell me whats supposed to come after this line on startup in the log. I have trace level 5 activated.
