Just a thought
In ntop you already have the small system icons to show what type of machine your using (pc mac etc) as well as the service icons (mail router etc) would it be possible to use these in the graph?

Hi all,
I have just implemented a local network (clickable) map into ntop (see an example here http://luca.ntop.org/network_map.png) accessible through the ntop menu IP->Local->Network Map. It displays a list of directed arcs (traffic) and coloured (depending whether they are local or remote) nodes (hosts) to give you an overview of your network traffic. The map is produced only if you have www.graphviz.org installed.
I would like to know from you what you think about it and how to improve it.
Have a nice week-end, Luca
