Dear Mr. Burton,

Thank You for Your fast respond. I installed 3.1rc for SuSE and it works the same. I am not familiar with any other way of upgrading programs, because I am newbie in linux, but I learn fast.

However, is there a way to preserve traffic logs between restarts of ntop in 3.1 or any other version?

Thanxs,
Zoran

Please use 3.1 - it's the only version we support. Give that a try and if
you still have the problem, let us know.

Subject: [Ntop] Problem with figures on Network Load Statistics Matrix page

Hi everyone,
I used ntop 2.2 delivered with SuSE 8.0 from loast summer until yesterday
and it work fine, inspite some deadlocks which occassionaly occured.
Yesterday I performed update to version 3.0 installing rpm for SuSE 9.1.
After I successfully started ntop, I noticed some strange figures in the
report - it seems that sums of Top Hosts Sent Thpt and Top Hosts Received
Thpt columns are not matching with Avg. Thpt.

I attached the screenshot for you to see. Before upgrade that problem did
not exist.

Do you know why is this happening, because it worked fine in 2.2 version?

Best regards,
Zoran Milojkovic
