Layer 2 protocols need coding support.  Starting point is
addNewIpProtocolToHandle()

But let's move this to ntop-dev.

With Ntop it is possible to differenciate between protocols (TCP/UDP -
portnumbers). With the -p option you can add procotols.
Default Ntop differentiates between internet protocols ICMP (1) TCP (6)  and
UDP (17)

But how about internet protocol GRE (47)? Howto configure Ntop for this
protocol?
