(1) Build it yourself. Or, Luca distributes a
precompiled Windows binary for a convenience fee - see http://shop.ntop.org
(2) Nope - totally different animals. nProbe is a
lightweight netFlow probe. Read about it at http://www.ntop.org (specifically http://www.ntop.org/nProbe.html, but
that unframes things).
?s about nProbe and other non-ntop stuff belong in the
ntop-misc mailing list.

Subject: [Ntop] nTOP help
hello guys,
I am just new trying to figure out with software I want to use for
network traffic analysis. Well my first question is were can I dowload a free
version of ntop version 3.1 for windows XP. Also is ntop better then
flow-tools and flowsCan
One more quesition.
What is the difference between ntop and nprobe. Like is npobe just an
exentension of ntop for better analysis. Kinda confused with that.
If anyone can help me with this that would be awsome,
thanks guys
