I apologize, I'm a neophyte. If we should be able to get the netflow
data via the Dump Data menu, then we would like to proceed with getting you
to come in and and getting us set up right. Could you send me a quote for
two days onsite - one day would be setup and the second would be to show a
group of 3 or 4 of us how to operate and utilize Ntop properly.
Currently I have Ntop running and it can process a span port and also
process netflow packets from our Enterasys router. All the reports seem to
be fine. When I switch NIC to the Netflow device all the reports work fine -
only the Netflow via the Dump Data doesn't work. The machine I built it on
only has about 14GB of disk space and it runs out within an hour. I am
building a bigger machine (300GB) so that problem should be resolved.
