It seems that the main problem I'm having (loss of inbound traffic reporting) 
isn't NTop's problem at all.  My router is having a firmware issue.  Thanks 
for looking at this, though.  While trying to troubleshoot this I realized my 
NTop isn't dropping permissions (probably a configuration problem) so once I 
get that straightened out the RRD's will probably be fine.
