You need to specify ALL parameters on the command line each
time. Just because you specified -O once, doesn't make it
permanent.

I used -O option to specify the path on my home and then I runeed
ntop -l t1.eth0.pcap
but I didn't find it in my home and I find it in its default path:
/usr/local/var
ntop -l t1.eth0.pcap

what should I do to correct tis problem
