There is no easy way to detect promiscuous mode for a
remote host. ntop doesn't/can't check this.

my question is about NIC in promiscuous mode.
ntop has to show us if any NIC in the network is in promiscuous mode.
but it doesn't show me any thing when I put one of my NIC on other computer in
promiscuous mode.
