Sorry, but you haven't given us ANYTHING to go on, have you? Read docs/FAQ - there is a section at the end on HowTo Ask for Help. You can access this from your ntop instance - it's either on the Help menu or in the left most menu item, depending upon version. If you don't have docs/FAQ in your ntop instance, it's so old we don't support it.
