Gotta love answering your own question. I ran ntop -t 6 and found that it wasn't able to create the directories needed for the graphs. I chmod'd the rrd directory and assigned giving the right permissions to user ntop and ran ntop with -u ntop. Now it seems to be working for the Network Load Statistics.

On another issue, not sure if it is related, IP>Local>Traffic Map I was receiving an error of 'dot' not installed and tried to build graphviz-2.6.tar.gz from source to see if that was causing the network load statistics graphic not to show. I ran into a shared library error message and now I get an an error on networkMap.html of: ... The server cannot find the requested page (page expired or ntop configuration ?). Received request: "GET /networkMap.html HTTP/1.1" Unable to create temporary file ... I'm not sure if the two are related or not. My main concern and reason for installing Ntop was to evaluate the amount of traffic on the network at certain points during the day. The Network Load Statistics graphic would be a nice addition to my report and evaluation. Any suggestions?
