Try adding "s around the flow. IIRC it's discussed in
the man page and in docs/FAQ. But I wouldn't bother - all you are going to
get out of a flow is the single piece of information of the packet
count.

I used this command :
#ntop -F Pa='host xxx' for a test
but I didn't see any thing happened
well I am an amateur so would you please guide me to know
where I have to go to find the effect. I had expected to see
a flow called 'Pa' but nothing was there in this name.
