I am attempting to use the IPFIX (IP Flow Information Exporter) protocol to display statistics from a Nortel 5530 Ethernet switch to ntop. I have setup the switch as well as ntop for win32, but no stats are displayed. The switch is configured in the netflow section and netflow is activated. I am able to display stats via my network card. My understanding is that netFlow and IPFIX are interoperable. Is there an item that is commonly not configured, or is ntop not compatible with IPFIX? Any advice would be much appreciated.
