If the loss is due to high utilization and therefore full queues, nTop
will show the top talkers. The routers in your WAN should have ways to
show throughput, queue usage, etc. Find the top talkers by bytes and
packets and start there. If the use is legitimate, perhaps implement
some sort of QoS. If you do, using ICMP to detect loss will not work
too well - as you shouldn't make ICMP a high priority. If you do, make
sure it's only for the monitoring systems and not each host on the
LAN's.
If the loss it not utilization based, you'll have to look at the stats
on your routers and/or CSU/DSU's or whatever WAN interfaces you are
using.

I have problems on two lans connected by a point to point link,

have some serious problem because on bussines hours i found that my

performance is bad, if i ping one device on the other lan i loose
packets,
some times i have 36% loss packets is to much, i want to know if ntop

help to find the device(s) who is making this problems, can help me
