Hi, I'm using the rrdplugin and seeing some weird issues on the Summary|Traffic page. firstly all the data in the rrd's is the same. apparently we are shifting exactly as much DHCP traffic as RTSP traffic. that's a lot of leases... the graph page suggests that different RRD's are being used so it looks like the data goign into it in the first place is the same.
secondly the data also seems to stop being collected after a few minutes of ntop running. i get one entry of data for each protocol i'm looking for and after that, nothing. the rrd's are still updated, but just contain 0's. as a final aside, i'm having big problems finding an actual log file for debugging info... sounds stupid i'm sure, but no reference to any log file is showing anythign useful. only thing i'm seeing is in /var/log/boot.log on a default rhel4 server runnign syslog-ng, which is just basic server startup logs. would my syslog probably be binning the logs, or would they be being put somewhere i can't track down?
