Read the FAQ, this precise item is discussed. Most
likely: you installed the GraphViz RPM from the DAG repository - it
will not work. If you have a working GraphViz, the easiest thing is to
make a symbolic link from the installed location
to /usr/local/bin/dot. You can also use the ntop web server to change
the location and then restart.
