Nancy, I spent some time earlier this year attempting to configure ntop+nprobe using V9 NetFlow without success. I've resorted to using V5 Netflow since.
When using nProbe in V9 mode with ntop I found that ntop would classify all netflow data as "Flows with Unknown Template" in the netflow statistics. I tried defining many many different flow formats, but always with the same result.
