I'm running 3.2 also, on FreeBSD.

Here's my 'Resolved to...' string (sanitized a bit):

/usr/local/bin/ntop -d -L --set-pcap-nonblocking -i xl0 -w 192.168.x.x
-W 0 -a /home/ntop/ntop.access.log -u ntop --mapper
http://www.multimap.com --db-file-path /home/ntop -K --no-mac

looking at one of the LAN host pages, i dont see a field "Historical Data" ...

perhaps i dont have some plugin enabled ?  i'm using ntop-3.2 ...
