Hi all,

I'm trying to set up ntop 3.2 (cvs, checked out last week) with the
sflow plugin. It works fine but the throughput values and the cumulated
traffic values are too low. It seems to me that ntop shows the values it
gathers from the sflow packets and doesn't use the submitted sampling
rate (512 in my case) to multiply the received bytes. The sampling rate
of 512 is also shown at the Traffic summary page. My network admin
doesn't want to use a calculator to determine the data rates or the like
:-).

I tried googling about this issue but all these pointers here didn't
offer a solution to me:

http://marc.info/?l=ntop&m=112205672629221&w=2

Further more I tried to supply a sampling rate by the -C command line
switch without success.

Is there a chance to get ntop to display "correct" (that means
multiplied) values? Do I have to set up ntop in a special manner?

Thanks for your help!

bye
Daniel
