Rrd database is the only way I know of to save stuff.  Else I guess you
could save everything libpcap does - but that would take a LOT of disk
space even on your small network.

I run ntop on a small network and we use FC7 - ntop is working 
beautifuly but i want to know how I can make it save to some sort of 
file that reopens  everytime the system is restarted.

the problem right noiw is that we lose the traffic and all other stats 
as soon as it the system goes down
