How many hosts / flows are you monitoring? Your dnscache doesn't seem that big - mine is sometimes 700MB.
Maybe try using http only - not https. Make it as simple as possible. Also, check the FAQ for some switches to enable more verbose logging: -t -k 5, etc. Gary -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Jason Perlman Sent: Wednesday, February 20, 2008 9:52 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [Ntop] Ntop 3.3 crashing on RHEL 4 Ntop is crashing on me after a shorter and shorter period of time. 2 errors and warnings are showing up in log. **ERROR** Buffer too short @ webInterface.c:646 (increase to at least 1081) warning: can't get client address: Bad file descriptor I saw in another posting to delete the dnsCache.db file and restart.
