Impressive.

I will have to take a look and give input when I can squeeze in some time.

Subject: [Ntop] ANNOUNCE: n2n (network-to-network) just released

Dear all,
this is to announce you the first release of n2n (network-to-network),
a layer-two peer-to-peer (p2p) VPN. Available for Linux, OSX and
Win32, n2n allows users to create their personal, secure Internet, by
creating a network overlay on top of the Internet. Contrary to most
p2p protocols, n2n allows users to run their own edge and supernodes,
in order to maximize security and performance. All communications are
encrypted by keys specified in edge nodes, without delegating security
to third parties. n2n allows to cross firewalls, so that you can
create your network regardless of location, connection type, and
configuration. Nodes can have either dynamic or static IP address, so
that you can always find your ntop PC, regardless of your current
network address.

Further information is available at http://www.ntop.org/n2n/.

All the code is released under GPLv3. I would like to ask you to all
those who are willing to donate their time to this new project, to
drop me a mail. I need you help guys!

Enjoy, Luca
