if you are listening traffic on a mirrored interface maybe you are 
collecting the "live" traffic and you don't have netflow packets.
In order to store netflows into mysql you need to have a device that has 
the capabilities to create and send netflows to the ntop machine.
Once you have set up this machine/device you should be able to see flows 
stored into the mysql dump.
