It was a very sharp uptick from about 2mbit up to 20mbit. However, the
graph cuts off, as you can see from the attached .png file, so I can't
tell if it went even higher.

When the machine came back up, there was no data, if that's what you
mean. I do have the syslogs, though. These are the last lines before
