If you want a terminal traffic app there are a lot out there. IFtop (http://www.ex-parrot.com/~pdw/iftop/) and pktstat (http://www.adaptive-enterprises.com.au/~d/software/pktstat/) leap to mind. I've found that these apps coupled with ntop can track pretty much anything at anytime. James
