31820 is the AS that my IPs are on. I don't have any downstream ASes, if that's what you mean.
What doesn't make sense is why there's 0 traffic sent and something received for a remote host. It does show some received. probably hosts that are on the same AS, but aren't local. Remote ASes only show data received. I am listening to the router interface facing my upstream.
