It usually logs to syslog by default and the -K and -t 5 args should make it spew a bunch of crap.
The graphs are what they are - no configs without custom code. They either work or they don't. I don't remember where the network flows info is. The faq is the starting point and there's little hints embedded in the html pages. I ran into the same thing with host clusters. Btw: netflow and "network flows" have nothing to do with each other.
