I have more info on this know. I tried this today:
/usr/local/bin/ntop -u root -i eth1 -o -d --no-fc -d --w3 -4 -w 3100 -
m 10.0.5.0/24 -p /usr/local/etc/ntop/protocol.list -P /usr/local/var/
ntop --use-syslog=local1
I added this -m 10.0.5.0/24, in 3 minutes i got Error Traversing
Database for ipnum = 1367698075 - Perhaps database is corrupt?
*** glibc detected *** malloc(): memory corruption: 0x088b8608 ***
If o dont run the -m flag i ntop runs for 5 min to 1 hour at most,
getting no error in log, ntops webb-interface just stop working.
Any ideas?
