Actually, I just found out the reason for this happening, --sticky-hosts is not doing anything, idle host data is still being discarded. It just happened that the local hosts were more active than remote ones(as there are few local hosts accessing many remote hosts but only temporarily each) so the local side of the traffic looked heavier. This is weird though, or am I misunderstanding --sticky-hosts?
