In the "Network Load Statistics" RRD graphs, what do the "Upper" and "Lower" lines represent?
It does not seem to be minimum and maximums, as the "Throughput" line quite often goes below the "Lower" value (likewise for Upper). Also, is there anyway to get these graphs to seperate Incoming and Outgoing traffic?
