Anyone please help? Have $$$, will pay!!!

The saga continues for yet another day.... Wonder if I'll have 3.3.10
working by July?

Configure succeeds with several warnings - nothing too serious, but I'm
no developer...

Got past several more errors today, but can't get past Lua issues for
anything. Tried downloading Lua package, source, etc. The problem
seems to be with shared library support.

... R_386_GOTOFF: relocationn must bind locally ... I can't recreate
the exact error this minute, - tried too many things....

After reading similar problems for other packages I tried various things
and upgraded to gcc4 and get this:

ld: warning: file ./.libs/libntop.so: linked to
/ntop-3780/ntop/.libs/libntop.so: attempted multiple inclusion of file

Undefined first referenced

 symbol in file

luaL_openlibs ./.libs/libntopreport.so

luaL_loadfile ./.libs/libntopreport.so

luaL_register ./.libs/libntopreport.so

luaL_newmetatable ./.libs/libntopreport.so

luaL_newstate ./.libs/libntopreport.so

Did I mention I LOVE this $HIT!!!

TIA!

Gary
