Bruce
I understand your concerns. I have seen this problem some time ago and I couldn;t really solve it. Please contact the Google people and let me know if I need to change something in ntop's web pages

Thanks Luca

I am using ntop, compiled on CentOs5.3.

Though I have a domain brucedot.net (you won't hit anything from the outside.)
I reach it at home via the local ip address 192.168.1.8

I have created keys for:
www.brucedot.net
brucedot.net
http://www.brucedot.net
https://brucedot.net
http://brucedot.net
https://www.brucedot.net
http://192.168.1.8
https://192.168.1.8
192.168.1.8

everytime I visit the googlemaps part of ntop I get the error below:

NOTE: make sure you get your key here for using Google Maps from ntop and register it as 'google_maps.key' key here.

Is this a feature I won't be able to do, if the page is not resolveable to the outside world, or am I just doing something wrong?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thank-you,
