I think the prefsCache.db is in gdb format. I'm sure you can check out the source for the gui and see what its actually doing - or find a tool to read the gdb so you can determine what needs to be done that way.
I would also recommend you group your devices logically somehow vs setting up unique netflow ports for each device. You can, but there's not any advantage I can think of, and maybe some disadvantages depending what your trying to do. Ie, I have about 200 routers around the country, and theyre grouped by sales region so I only have 8 unique netflow interfaces. Lastly, there are some defined limits for various things, like number of interfaces.
