Adolescence is often a time of great turmoil.  Our teens are exploring a new 
sense of independence and parents are struggling with how much to let go. Join 
us on February 24th to learn:

*         Ways to ensure a close, respectful relationship with your teen.

*         How to keep the doors of communication open, and remain a positive 
influence in their lives.

*         Tips for dealing with mood swings, motivation, social networking, and 
other day-to-day concerns.

Beverley Cathcart-Ross is a certified parent educator, a private counsellor, 
author, a mother of four, and co-founder of Parenting Network. She was hailed 
"Toronto's top parenting guru" by Toronto Life.

Whether working in a parenting class; one-on-one with individual parents; or 
doing "Lunch and Learns" for corporations, Beverley helps parents learn the 
most effective skills for raising happy and independent kids, and how to apply 
them in a wide range of real-life situations.

Beverley has been a regular guest and contributor on TVOntario, and CBC radio. 
She is a lively public speaker who brings her knowledge and humorous insights 
to her audiences. Her clients include: educational institutions such as,
